How to pull yourself back from depression

I spoke on Tuesday about how depressed I was feeling. I basically very briefly felt I wanted life to end, but not in an over the top way, in just an exhausted “I just want this to stop” way. However, I lent into that feeling and those thoughts and within a couple of days I brought myself back out into feeling excited about life once again. I just want to share with you what I did in case it helps you too. Be strong lovely. There is nothing wrong with feeling down; it’s just a signpost that something needs to change. Lean in, listen and love yourself enough to give yourself what you need.
