One of the sure ways to get yourself stuck is to fall into overwhelm. It happens to us all and is completely normal but you MUST have strategies to pull you back into a focused state so you can start getting stuff done again. While you are feeling all giddy with the all work you have to do you are wasting valuable time so when you feel that mist falling – get out your pen and paper and make a list. Get it all out of your head and onto paper to start. I do this ALL the time and always makes me feel so much better.
